The candidate will work as an L1/L2 IT Support Technician on-site/hybrid in Phoenix(Mesa), USA. The role focuses on monitoring IT systems to ensure IT security and providing first and second level support to end users. A senior colleague will be assigned on-site for full onboarding and training.
Main roo- Monitor IT systems to ensure IT security
- Regularly review IT settings and policies in assigned systems (Microsoft 365, Entra , Microsoft Intune)
- Provide first and second level support for end users
- Full onboarding supported by an assigned senior colleague on-site
- 1-3 years of experience in IT focused on monitoring, networks or servers
- ITSM processes -- Intermediate
- Microsoft Office 365 -- Advanced
- Microsoft Intune -- Advanced
- Zabbix -- Intermediate
- Graylog -- Intermediate
- Experience with monitoring IT systems and IT security
- Based in the USA (Phoenix area) -- on-site/hybrid availability
