Job Overview
As a UKG Pro WFM Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, provide training and support, and facilitate seamless integration of UKG applications to achieve strategic objectives. In this role, you will build client connections, manage ambiguity, and grow technical skills while contributing to HR Transformation and Optimization.
Responsibilities- Analyze client needs to implement UKG software solutions effectively
- Provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration of UKG applications
- Assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through business process analysis
- Configure systems to align with client requirements and strategic objectives
- Deliver system integration services to enhance technology deployments
- Utilize advanced scheduling techniques to improve workforce management
- Apply analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
- Support human capital management solutions to drive operational optimization
- Engage in software consulting to address client challenges and opportunities
- Collaborate with teams to uphold professional and technical standards
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Master’s or MBA degree
- Advanced analytical thinking and business process analysis skills
- Proficiency in configuring systems and technology deployments
- Advanced scheduling and operational optimization experience
- Experience in software consulting and implementations
- Effective integration of human capital management solutions
- Ability to navigate complex system integration delivery scenarios
Up to 60% travel.
CompensationSalary range: $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
