Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong production support expertise to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM, along with a strong background in L1/L2 production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. The candidate should be comfortable working in an SLA-driven environment, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and participating in on-call and weekend support rotations.
