Full Stack Developer

• 4-Month Contract to Hire as a W2 employee of Talent Groups.
• Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85027.

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our small, collaborative IT team supporting a growing portfolio of industrial e-commerce businesses. This role will be instrumental in unifying operations and technology across multiple business units through system integrations, data migrations, ERP customization, and e-commerce platform development.

The ideal candidate is a versatile problem solver with strong full stack development experience and a passion for building scalable, integrated business systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to modernize legacy applications, enhance our ERP environment, and support our e-commerce platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting business operations and e-commerce initiatives.
• Integrate internal and external business systems to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead data migration and data integrity projects across multiple platforms and business units.
• Optimize application and system performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Customize and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solutions based on business requirements.
• Maintain and support legacy Laravel/Vue.js applications while migrating functionality to modern platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and support Word Press/Woo Commerce websites, providing second-tier support for UI/UX initiatives.
• Build and maintain API integrations and RESTful services to connect enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Document system architecture, integrations, and development processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise applications and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, particularly MariaDB
  .
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and RESTful web services.
• Experience with Word Press and Woo Commerce development and customization.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing Laravel and Vue.js applications.
• Knowledge of Linux server administration, including CentOS, cPanel, and WHM
  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customization and ERP integrations.
• Background supporting multi-company or multi-brand e-commerce environments.
• Experience leading large-scale data migration and system modernization projects.
• Familiarity with industrial distribution or manufacturing business processes.
• Experience optimizing application performance and scalability across integrated platforms.
