As a Test Lead specializing in selenium and Java, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts, implementing test automation strategies, and ensuring high-quality software development and delivery using selenium and Java technologies.

• Lead the test planning, design, and execution phases for projects involving selenium and java.
• Develop and implement automation scripts using selenium and java to enhance test efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Perform root cause analysis on testing defects and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members in implementing selenium and java testing best practices.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
