EWM Manager – Consulting

• Deliver strategic SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions that transform clients' logistics operations
• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations
• Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Analyze implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions
• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects and work streams
• Manage processes and solutions
• Track deliverable completion and project status against performance objectives
• Lead client working sessions from planning through execution and closure
• Participate in Explore phase design workshops
• Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules
• Design custom RICEF solutions and document functional specifications
• Test solutions
• Support development and delivery of training materials
• Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Manage engagement economics and resource planning
• Lead teams and manage change
• Identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses
• Initiate requirements gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow, documentation, and functional design
• Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into business solutions and complete SAP and non-SAP configurations

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience delivering SAP EWM solutions
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members
• Experience leading client-facing engagements, mentoring team members, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout project delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to research complex client issues, emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%
• Prior consulting industry experience or deep industry experience in warehouse management (ideally)
• SAP certification(s), preferably in SAP EWM or related Supply Chain Management solutions
• Experience leading or participating in at least two full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations
• Experience performing hands-on SAP system configuration
• Experience designing and documenting custom RICEF solutions, including functional specifications
• Experience integrating SAP EWM with S/4
  
  HANA, MM, SD, PP, and TM
• Experience developing, executing, and managing test strategies, test scripts, and defect resolution activities
• Experience writing and delivering training materials for end users
• Knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations for distribution and/or manufacturing facility operations

Demonstrates expertise in delivering SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions, including hands-on configuration, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Proficient in analyzing business requirements, designing custom solutions, and leading client-facing engagements to enhance logistics operations.
