Our client is a boutique AI and engineering consulting firm that builds intelligent business platforms for enterprises undergoing large-scale digital modernization. They're hands-on builders rather than a traditional consultancy, with leadership staying directly involved in delivery.

On their behalf, we're hiring a Senior Program/Delivery Lead to drive coordinated execution of a major retail simplification and modernization initiative. This is a delivery-focused leadership role responsible for converting strategy into an integrated execution plan across business, technology, and partner teams.

• Experience leading integrated programs with several concurrent work streams
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and delivery plans
• A track record coordinating business, technology, and external partner teams
• Experience establishing program governance, reporting, and escalation processes
• Strong grip on managing dependencies, risks, and milestones at an executive level

• Own the integrated program roadmap and overall delivery plan
• Coordinate work streams across business, technology, and partner organizations
• Maintain program milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions
• Provide consistent, clear visibility to senior stakeholders on progress and risk
• Proactively identify delivery friction and cross-team blockers, and drive resolution

• 10+ years in program, delivery, technology, or transformation leadership
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs
• Strong background in program governance, milestone management, and risk/dependency management
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving enterprise environments
