- Manage metafields and metadata structures to support merchandising, SEO, and app functionality
- Ensure data consistency between Shopify and connected systems (ERP, PIM, etc.)

- Support and maintain third-party Shopify apps and their configurations
- Make Shopify theme edits and updates (Liquid, HTML/CSS/JS) for layout, content, and functionality changes
- Maintain internal documentation for storefront configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guide
- Build and maintain recurring reports on storefront performance, product data health, and general e-commerce metrics
- Support ad hoc reporting requests from marketing, operations, and leadership
- Assist with maintaining integrations between Shopify and other business systems (ERP, order management, marketing platforms)
- Exposure to or interest in Node.js is a plus - candidates comfortable reading/writing basic middleware code, working with REST APIs, or supporting webhook-based integrations will have opportunity to grow into this responsibility
- Support troubleshooting of data sync issues between Shopify and connected platforms
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience working within Shopify (Shopify Plus experience a plus)
- Comfortable navigating Shopify Admin, product/inventory management, and basic Liquid templating
- Familiarity with metafields, metaobjects, and how Shopify data structures work
- Strong attention to detail - comfortable working in spreadsheets and data sets to identify and fix inconsistencies
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script
- Ability to write clear documentation and communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple ongoing maintenance tasks
- Experience with Node.js or general backend/API development
- Exposure to ERP systems (Net Suite or similar) or middleware/integration tools
- Familiarity with Net Suite RESTlets or Suite Script
- Experience with IPaaS Tools ( Celigo )
