Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

• We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with strong functional testing and automation experience to support a web-based judicial case management system.
• This role will focus on designing test strategies, executing complex functional testing, identifying defects, and improving automation coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced functional, integration, system, UI, ADA/WCAG, and UAT testing.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test cases and scenarios.
• Create test plans, regression suites, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Execute manual and automated testing while ensuring quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain Selenium Web Driver automation scripts using C#/Java.
• Perform API testing using SOAP/REST/JSON services.
• Write SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps and collaborate with development teams.
• Review automated test reports and identify application issues versus script-related issues.
• Work closely with Agile teams, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Utilize AI-driven testing tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Copilot for Dev Ops to improve testing efficiency.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in functional software testing.
• 3+ years of experience in test automation.
• Strong experience with Black Box Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and UAT.
• Experience with Selenium Web Driver automation.
• Knowledge of C#/Java automation frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with SQL, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, and Visual Studio.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field OR equivalent combination of experience.
