Our client, U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the Enterprise Architecture and Engineering organization, supporting portfolio initiatives and technology-focused projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical communication, a bias for automation, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomes.

What's the Job?- Work with the Head Engineer for U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology on reporting and deliverables, and support portfolio initiatives.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other engineers on key projects, assisting the Head Engineer as needed.
- Automate reporting and processes to minimize manual work, and use and promote AI tools within the portfolio.
- Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture documentation, and drive design discussions to facilitate consensus on solution architecture decisions across upstream engineering SMEs, Enterprise Architects, and Raven SMEs.
- Manage planning, coordination, and execution of technology-focused projects; oversee project documentation updates in project management tools and track OKR/KPI performance.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional experience as an Engineer.
- Basic coding skills with languages such as Bash, Python, Kotlin, or related technologies.
- Experience with AI developer tools.
- Experience with program delivery or project management, including managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, plus strong technical documentation skills.
- Opportunity to partner closely with Enterprise Architecture and engineering leaders to shape solution architecture decisions.
- A role focused on improving delivery through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and reduced manual reporting.
- Clear ownership of technology project planning, coordination, and execution aligned to strategic objectives.
- Visibility into performance through tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration across product and business teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
