Business Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Full Time in Casa Grande, AZ

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily.
