For this full‑time Personal Lines Account Manager role, we are seeking an insurance professional who has great customer services skills, a positive attitude and wants to learn & be part of a fantastic team. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated and possess 4-5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.

• Work in conjunction with Sales to service our customers.
• Answer customer calls and inquiries.
• Enter data into our company management system (Applied Epic).
• Work with carriers on a daily basis.
• Process customer payments when needed.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and certificates as needed.
• Prepare and review renewal information ensuring adequate coverage and competitive pricing.

• License:
  Property & Casualty (ANY state)
• 4 years of Personal Lines insurance experience with an independent insurance agency

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Management Rating Systems:
  Applied Rater, Applied Epic, CSR
  24 and Zywave
• Computer
