Responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority. Mentors junior employees.

National General is seeking a Attorney Represented Commercial Casualty Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex specialty claims involving commercial casualty losses. This role is responsible for determining coverage, assessing liability and damages, conducting detailed investigations, and negotiating claim settlements within authority limits. The position primarily supports claims in states west of the Mississippi River, although assignments may originate from any of the contiguous 48 states.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling commercial casualty claims, attorney-represented files, and/or auto bodily injury claims, with the ability to manage complex exposures, collaborate with internal and external partners, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

• Commercial Casualty claims handling

• Attorney-represented bodily injury claims

• Auto liability and injury claim investigations

• Complex coverage, liability, and damage assessments

• Negotiation and settlement of moderate to complex injury claims

• Subrogation and fraud identification experience preferred
