Pride Health is seeking a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator (English/Mandarin) for a direct hire, full-time on-site role in Phoenix, AZ 85027. You will be the primary contact for patients, coordinating referrals, education, and care coordination services. The ideal candidate has healthcare experience, EMR knowledge, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
CPR certification and an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card are required. Some travel between nearby clinics may occur.
