The Hernandez Global Associate Attorney position requires 1-3 years of experience in the immigration field. The attorney must be bilingual and licensed to practice law in at least one state. Under the supervision and training of a senior attorney, and supported by a team of paralegals, this role manages the firm’s EOIR Immigration Court caseload from start to finish.

Additionally, this position manages a portion of the firm’s USCIS caseload, mainly involving interviews for applications to adjust status and naturalization.
The associate attorney will be exposed to various aspects of immigration law, gaining diverse case experience. This role involves significant responsibility but is supported by multiple office components.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of performing in a high-volume, high-quality environment. This role is perfect for someone seeking courtroom experience, who is creative, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about defending HG clients. Relocation costs will be reimbursed if moving from outside the Phoenix area.
