Duties:

Assist in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case initiation through trial.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant documents and evidence.

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.

Assist with settlement negotiations.

Requirements:

Experience in personal injury law and legal procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in conducting legal research and using legal databases.

Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and stay organized.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Arizona State Bar.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of personal injury law.
