We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with at least 4 years of experience in labor and employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of representing employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including but not limited to wage and hour disputes, harassment and discrimination claims, wrongful termination, and employee benefits issues.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar of California.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in labor and employment litigation, with a focus on representing employers.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, and other relevant regulations.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating employment contracts, employee handbooks, and policies.
• Proven experience in managing and defending employment-related claims through all stages of litigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a high caseload, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal and external clients.
