Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (3–5 Years Experience)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid or In-Office)

Our established and growing personal injury law firm is seeking a driven Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience to join our team. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants hands‑on responsibility, real courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to meaningfully advocate for injured clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases from pre‑litigation through resolution
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license (in good standing)
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Experience handling cases involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, or general negligence preferred
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Client‑focused, professional demeanor
