Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, full-time Paralegal with law firm experience, preferably in white collar criminal defense or complex litigation. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and strong written, and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. This position is full-time, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule after 90 days.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
- Analyze documents, redact and bates label documents for production.
- Manage case files, organize documents and maintain accurate records.
- Research and analyze statutes, regulations, and court rules.
- Assist attorneys with all facets of deposition and hearing preparation.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally.
- Assist attorneys with all facets of trial preparation to include drafting of witness/exhibit lists and including attendance at trial.
- Anticipate attorney needs and assist in workflow optimization.
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in white collar criminal defense or complex litigation.
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required;
Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred. - Experience in federal and state court litigation, including working knowledge with court rules and filing procedures.
- Proficiency in legal software (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis, PACER).
- E-Discovery expertise, including knowledge of and practical application of the EDRM.
- Working knowledge of litigation support software such as Everlaw and/or Relativity.
- Work in a collaborative boutique firm with high-profile cases.

- $80,000 - $90,000, with the opportunity for a production bonus.
