Case Manager

This is a full-time on-site position in Phoenix, AZ. The Case Manager will assist in handling client cases from intake to resolution, ensuring that their needs are addressed with care and efficiency. Daily tasks include managing client communications, gathering and organizing case-related documentation, coordinating with attorneys and healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate case files. The Case Manager will also track case progress to ensure timely resolution and provide regular updates to clients and the legal team.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files and documentation effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and correspondence
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to assist with case preparation and resolution
• Proficiency with case management software and standard office tools
• Empathy, professionalism, and a client-centered approach to providing support
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Experience in the legal or personal injury field is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
