Insurance Coverage Attorney

My client, a multi-state law firm, is seeking an experience attorney to join their Professional Liability team. In this role, you will handle a variety of professional liability coverage cases. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of insurance coverage experience. Responsibilities:

• Successfully manage a docket of professional liability and general insurance coverage and insurance defense matters
• Take and defend depositions, draft filings, motions, and attend court appearances
• Effectively communicate with the team and collaborate with attorneys and staff
• Consistently work to acheive favorable outcomes for clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Arizona
• 5-10 years of litigation experience
• Experience in professional liability and/or civil litigation defense
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
