Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense located in Phoenix, AZ. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing and litigating cases, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and advising clients. Day-to-day tasks will also include providing legal counsel in insurance-related cases, representing clients during trials, and engaging in negotiations to resolve disputes effectively.

• Strong foundation in Law with experience in Insurance Defense and Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in providing clear and strategic Legal Advice to clients
• Analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough and detailed Legal Research
• Effective Negotiation skills and the ability to reach favorable outcomes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with organizational efficiency
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Arizona State Bar membership required
• Relevant experience in insurance defense litigation or civil litigation preferred
