• Manage misdemeanor and felony cases from start to resolution.
• Travel to court appearances within the valley and across Arizona.
• Communicate case details and legal implications to clients.
• Interview police officers and witnesses.
• Negotiate plea agreements with prosecutors.
• Conduct jail visits to consult with detained defendants.
• Develop defense strategies in collaboration with the supervising attorney.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Participate in jury trials for misdemeanor and felony cases.
