We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our office and be an integral part of the team. For this job listing,
experience in immigration law is required
. First we want to make sure that you have the underlying skills and character that will serve as the foundation to then build on top of that more experience.

You will be working under the owner and principal attorney Cody Fullmer. He will mentor and guide you into becoming an even more experienced immigration attorney. Your caseload will primarily be removal proceedings in the non-detained setting. You will also handle cases before USCIS. There may be some detained cases depending on eligibility for bond. We welcome those with experience in immigration litigation and administrative immigration.

Compensation will be determined by your capabilities and level of experience, but the range is $75,000 to $175,000.

Role and Duties:

  • You will communicate often with clients always keeping them informed. Following up with the clients as necessary.
  • You will need to effectively manage your caseload.

  • The expectation is that you work 40 hours a week. However, family is important and we can be flexible and support each other when the need arises.

Experience:
  • Immigration Law: 1 year (Required)
  • Licensed to practice law in any of the United States.
  • Be in good standing with any applicable Bar Associations.
  • Spanish proficiency is required for you to communicate with the majority of our clients. The owner and all staff are fluent in Spanish.
