Salary Range: Flexible/based on experience
Responsibilities
- Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for plaintiff tactics
- Establish a professional rapport with all clients
- Answer client questions regarding proceedings, negotiations, and other related questions
- Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for clients
- Create a case strategy based on previous cases and prior knowledge
- Advise clients throughout the entire legal process, from intake through litigation
- Manage a team to resolve cases in a timely and efficient manner
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Arizona (multi-state licensing a plus)
- Member in good standing with the State Bar
- 3+ years of experience - Criminal Defense
