Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- Admitted to practice in Arizona; additional admissions are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in discovery and law and motion.
- Experience in both state and federal court.
- Excellent academic credentials and work history.
Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney Preferred Background & Skills

- Familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis for legal research.
- Experience with depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings and briefs for litigation cases.
- Prepare and respond to written discovery requests.
- Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions to clients.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
- Review documents in preparation for litigation and attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
- Submit filings to the court and maintain organized case files.
