Our client, a respected plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Law & Motion Attorney to join their team in California. - J.D. from an accredited law school and California Bar admission
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal research and motion practice, particularly in employment law
- Demonstrated ability to draft persuasive legal memoranda, motions, and appellate briefs
- Strong command of legal research tools and the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory guidance
- Work closely with trial attorneys to develop arguments that shape litigation strategy and drive case success
- Previous experience in plaintiff-side employment law is highly desirable
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a passion for advocacy and strong alignment with a collaborative, high-integrity culture
