• Competitive Compensation – Base Salary: $100,000 per year.
• Benefits – 30 paid days off annually (10 holidays, 15 vacation days, 5 personal/sick days), loyalty vacation program (one additional day each year for five years, milestone bonuses on major anniversaries).
• Health – DM Cantor covers 50% of the base medical plan in the first year and 100% thereafter. Dental, vision, and life insurance paid fully by the firm.
• Retirement – 401(k) with a generous 3.5% match on employee contributions.

• Minimum of 5 years of private criminal law paralegal experience.
• Full‑time, in‑office role.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Skilled in drafting pleadings and court filings with proper attachments/exhibits.
• Knowledge of Arizona Superior Court filing procedures.
• Professional communication skills with clients, law enforcement, and opposing counsel.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Familiarity with Clio software preferred.
• Ability to manage and direct a minimal caseload and train/manage a team of four paralegals and four administrative assistants.
• Strong grammar, writing, and file management skills.
