We are seeking a highly skilled Bankruptcy Attorney to join our reputable law firm in the Phoenix area with pay starting ideal candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy law and a proven track record of successfully handling bankruptcy cases.
Responsibilities:- Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance on bankruptcy matters
- Prepare and file legal documents related to bankruptcy cases
- Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients
- Develop and implement strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
