- Assist with class action and complex litigation strategy
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case development
- Communicate directly with clients and provide practical legal guidance
- 2+ years of litigation experience (employment law strongly preferred)
- Experience with employment law (PAGA, wage & hour, etc.) a plus
- Open to both plaintiff and defense backgrounds
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Active Bar license required
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000+ DOE + bonus opportunities
- Billable target of ~1700 hours annually, with flexibility based on individual preference
- Full benefits package including paid maternity leave
- Increasing PTO with tenure (and a culture that encourages using it)
- Hybrid schedule (ideally 3 days onsite) with remote flexibility for strong candidates
- Clear and accelerated path to partnership due to succession planning
- Opportunity to inherit existing clients over time
- Stable firm with consistent workflow (no shortage of work)
