We are looking to identify a Transactional Corporate M&A Associate Attorney to join our client’s growing corporate practice.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to deepen their experience in middle-market M&A and corporate transactions while working in a collaborative environment with direct exposure to sophisticated deals and client interaction.

Transactional Corporate M&A Associate Attorney (2–9 Years)
About the Role
This attorney will play a key role in advising business clients on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. The position offers hands‑on involvement throughout the full deal lifecycle, from structuring and diligence through negotiation and closing.
Responsibilities
- Structure and execute mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
- Manage transactions from initial planning through closing
- Conduct and oversee due diligence processes
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including purchase agreements and ancillary documents
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance, tax, and executive teams
- Identify legal and business risks and provide strategic guidance
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements
- Maintain high‑quality work product in a deadline‑driven environment
Qualifications
- 2–9 years of corporate transactional experience with a focus on M&A
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions with increasing independence
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Client‑facing experience preferred
- Competitive compensation (DOE) based on experience and potential book of business
