Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (3–5 Years Experience)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid or In-Office)

Our established and growing personal injury law firm is seeking a driven Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience to join our team. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants hands-on responsibility, real courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to meaningfully advocate for injured clients.

• Handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through resolution
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently

• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Experience handling cases involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, or general negligence preferred
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
