Associate Attorney

Zecca Ross Law Firm is seeking a sharp, highly motivated Associate Corporate Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for an Arizona-licensed attorney who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building long-term client relationships while working on sophisticated corporate matters.

We support founders, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses with modern, practical legal solutions. Our clients range from early-stage startups to scaling companies navigating complex transactions, fundraising, governance, and commercial growth.

Location:

Arizona (Hybrid or Remote Considered)

You will play a key role supporting corporate clients across a wide range of business and transactional matters, including:

• Entity formation (LLCs, corporations, partnerships)
• Operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and bylaws
• Corporate governance, board resolutions, and compliance
• Commercial contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor/customer agreements)
• Mergers & acquisitions support (asset purchases, stock purchases, diligence)
• Capital raises and investor documentation (SAFE, convertible notes, equity rounds)
• General counsel-style support for scaling companies
• Contract negotiation and drafting with a business-first approach

We’re looking for someone who is:

• ✅ Arizona-licensed attorney in good standing
• ✅ Strong in corporate formation and structuring
• ✅ Comfortable handling transactional law as the core of their practice
• ✅ A confident writer and contract drafter
• ✅ Skilled in negotiation and client communication
• ✅ Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously
• ✅ Entrepreneurial-minded and excited to grow with a modern firm

While not required, bonus points if you have experience with:

• Startup law / venture financing
• SaaS and technology agreements
• Intellectual property basics (assignments, licensing, trademark coordination)
• Working directly with founders and executive teams
