Job Description
Degnan Horne is hiring licensed associate and senior associate attorneys to join our growing team of legal professionals. We are looking for strong writers and oral advocates who are passionate about solving client problems and winning through litigation.
Degnan Horne is a civil litigation firm specializing in real estate, construction, and business-related legal issues. Our firm is dedicated to developing young attorneys into skilled litigators. Our partners and senior associates lead Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses aimed at helping new attorneys grow into their roles. In addition, we bring in accomplished trial lawyers from other firms to provide further mentorship and training.
At DH, we take pride in passing our knowledge on to our associates, helping them become successful, well-rounded attorneys.
About Degnan HorneWe are a fast-paced commercial litigation law firm, solving problems related to real estate, business, HOA, and construction law. We are looking for a decisive attorney who wants to hit the ground running, work directly with clients, and gain hands-on experience in client representation from day one.
The Ideal CandidateThe successful litigation attorney will be responsible for representing clients in civil cases, striving to achieve favorable settlements or court rulings. We seek a candidate who has excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, outstanding written and oral communication skills, strong academic credentials from law school, and a bold, fearless attitude when it comes to securing justice for our clients.
