Litigation Associate

Overview

VOY has partnered with a premier AmLaw 200 law firm to find a talented Litigation Associate with three to five years of experience to join its Phoenix office. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives on high-stakes, complex disputes and is ready to take a lead role in managing sophisticated litigation at a national level.

In this role, you will join a collaborative team focusing on antitrust, consumer fraud, consumer protection statutes, insurance coverage disputes, and related regulatory issues. This position offers the opportunity to handle all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through arbitration and trial.

• Case Leadership: Take significant responsibility for drafting pleadings, motions, and high-level briefing on complex legal matters.
• Courtroom & Advocacy: Appear in state and federal court for motions and pre-trial matters; take and defend depositions.
• Strategic Advisory: Analyze client challenges from both a legal and economic perspective to develop winning strategies.

• Experience: 3–5 years of intensive litigation experience. Exposure to complex class actions is a plus.
• Substantive Knowledge: Prior experience in antitrust, consumer protection, consumer fraud, and related regulatory issues is highly preferred.
• Education: Strong academic credentials. Federal or State Clerkship and court experience is considered a significant advantage.
• Bar Admission: Must hold an active license to practice law in Arizona
