WhatYou'll Do
In this essential role, you will support our legal team in employment and other litigation matters. Your core responsibilities will include managing document production and filing, organizing case materials, assisting with eDiscovery, conducting research, drafting correspondence, reviewing documents, and diligently tracking legal matters and deadlines. You'll also significantly enhance our legal processes through automation and AI solutions. Your contributions will be vital to the success of our litigation team, and you will be a trusted resource for in-house counsel.
WhoYou'll Work With
You will collaborate closely with the employment law team and other in-house counsel, as well as with our legal operations team and key stakeholders in departments such as People, Finance, and Go-To-Market. The Law Organization focuses on managing legal disputes, coordinating outside counsel, and developing strategic litigation approaches to support the organization’s business objectives. You will report directly to the Vice President of Law and Lead Employment & Litigation Counsel.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, either in a law firm or an in-house legal department.
- Strong understanding of employment litigation processes and eDiscovery best practices.
- Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, working both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience at a leading national or highly regarded boutique law firm is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline legal workflows.
- Strong understanding of local court rules, deadlines, and the filing process for court documents.
- Proficient in legal research, drafting, and terminology.
- Experience administering legal holds, including proficiency with legal hold software.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms for document review and production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in formatting and preparing legal documents.
- High integrity, professionalism, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality work with strong follow-up.
- A self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional time management and knowledge management skills.
- Proficiency in file management and record keeping.

Pay Rate: 84,000.
- Annually.
The successful applicant's starting pay will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. All permanent roles are eligible for annual incentive plans based on company performance and individual contributions.
