Key Responsibilities
In this Commercial Litigation / Construction Litigation role, you will:
• Assist with all phases of construction and general litigation matters, including pre-litigation investigations, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft and review litigation documents, including complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda analyzing complex legal issues
• Support depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials (including preparation and on-site assistance)
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervision
• Partner with senior attorneys on case strategy, deadlines, and day-to-day case management
• Help manage litigation workflows using research platforms and litigation support tools
Future pacing: by year-end, you could be leading key discovery work streams and drafting dispositive motion sections while gaining direct exposure to hearings and mediations.

Qualifications
• 3 years of litigation experience (construction and/or complex commercial experience preferred)
• Active state bar admission in good standing (bar admission required)
• Demonstrated interest in construction law and general commercial litigation
• Strong ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and a client-service mindset
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
