Position Overview

The firm is seeking a
Real Estate Transactional Attorney with2–5 years of experience in real estate transactional work. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supporting developers, drafting development‑related agreements, and managing due diligence for complex real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate development-related legal documents, including:

    • Purchase and sale agreements

    • Easements

    • Declarations

    • Other real estate development contracts

  • Conduct due diligence for complex real estate transactions.

  • Partner with developers and internal teams on ongoing development projects.

  • Provide legal guidance across a broad range of real estate and development matters.

Required Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of high‑quality experience in real estate transactional law.

  • Strong background representing the
    developer side of transactions.

  • Demonstrated experience drafting development agreements and performing due diligence.

  • Membership in the
    Arizona Bar
    , or eligibility for admission upon motion.

  • Broad development‑related experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience representing
    homebuilders
    .

  • Familiarity with various real estate development issues.
