Responsibilities
  • Handling a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution, including MVA, wrongful death, and premises liability cases.
  • Conducting thorough legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Representing clients in court, at depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Developing effective case strategies based on the facts of the case and the client's goals.
  • Communicating regularly with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their case and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve cases efficiently and favorably.
  • Qualifications
  • A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A license to practice law in the state.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in conducting depositions, legal research, and legal writing.
  • Experience in case management, mediation, and negotiation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client relations.
  • A deep understanding of MVA, wrongful death, and premises liability law.
  • The ability to handle a high-volume caseload and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
