Key Responsibilities Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and correspondence Manage e-filing and document recording with court systems Maintain client and case files, including organizing calendars and deadlines Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of related foreclosure experience Broad knowledge of real estate default services
Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a heavy workload Independent worker who is deadline-driven and works well under pressure
