This is a full‑time role as a Litigation Associate based in Phoenix, AZ. The Litigation Associate will handle a variety of tasks, including drafting motions, conducting detailed case research, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The candidate will work closely with colleagues to ensure clients receive the best possible legal representation and outcomes.

• Strong understanding and application of legal principles, processes, and case law.
• Experience drafting motions and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.
• Proficiency in legal research and the ability to analyze and synthesize complex information.
• Hands‑on experience with depositions and preparing witnesses for legal proceedings.
• Knowledge of court procedures and experience representing clients in hearings or trials.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona (required).
• Prior litigation experience preferred but not mandatory.
