Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing Phoenix office. This is an in-person role supporting our immigration practice with a specific focus on EB-1, EB-2, and NIW cases. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities seamlessly, and is eager to develop deep expertise in employment-based immigration law.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and related visa categories
- Draft petitions, supporting letters, and legal briefs under attorney supervision
- Conduct initial client intake and gather documentation for case preparation
- Manage case deadlines, filing requirements, and USCIS correspondence
- Organize and maintain comprehensive case files and documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding case status, document requests, and procedural updates
- Coordinate with expert witnesses, recommenders, and other third parties
- Track case progress through USCIS systems and respond to RFEs (Requests for Evidence)
- Assist with case strategy development and evidence compilation
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure compliance with firm protocols
- 2-3+ years of paralegal experience (immigration or employment law experience strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Legal research skills and familiarity with immigration databases
- Prior experience with EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, or other employment-based immigration petitions
- Familiarity with USCIS filing procedures and requirements
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Understanding of evidence evaluation for extraordinary ability cases

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Phoenix, Arizona. The role requires on-site presence to facilitate collaboration with attorneys and maintain efficient case management workflows.
