- Strong writing skills for drafting reports and legal documents
- Ability to analyze documents and data for relevant information
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and consent to undergo a criminal background check
- Experience in civil rights compliance or similar legal work
- Familiarity with community organizations and resources related to civil rights
- Advanced skills in research and legal analysis
- Experience with public speaking or training presentations
