We are currently seeking a talented attorney to join our growing criminal defense practice at our Phoenix or Gilbert locations. Our office provides hybrid work option. This position is for a full-time criminal defense attorney.

Requirements: Our ideal candidates possess the following qualities:

* 2+ years of criminal defense experience

* Arizona Bar admission in good standing

* Strong commitment to criminal law and advocacy for clients

* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

* Dedication to professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality

* Self-motivated with a desire to advance their career within firm

* Ability to travel for court related hearings and site visits

Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.

* Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

* Provide clients with informed legal advice.

* Represent clients in superior, justice, and municipal courts throughout Arizona.

* Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, maintaining organized case files and documentation.
