Modern Law is a growing Arizona family law firm with established clients and real demand for estate planning services. We're building out a dedicated estate planning department and need an experienced attorney to lead it.
What You'll DoDraft and execute wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents. Advise clients on asset protection, probate avoidance, and long-term planning. Build systems and processes for a department that's growing from day one.
What We're Looking For- Licensed Arizona attorney in good standing
- 3+ years of estate planning experience
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Someone who wants to build something, not just fill a seat
We already have the clients. You bring the expertise. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape a new practice area within a firm that has infrastructure, staff, and a steady referral pipeline already in place.
