Position: Senior System Analyst – Kinaxis / Data Engineering (Supply Chain Planning)

Job Description

Candidate will work in the IT/Digital Supply Chain team in the Planning domain to architect, design, configure, test, and deploy end‑to‑end supply chain planning solutions focusing on Kinaxis and required integration with SAP and other applications.

In‑depth understanding of end‑to‑end Integrated Supply Chain Planning processes in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SIOP and Inventory Optimization. Configure the system, identify gaps, design and develop solutions to improve the Planning and SIOP process including automation of processes, reduction of cycle times, improvement of productivity, customer collaboration, supply network collaboration, vendor‑managed inventory process, statistical forecasting, etc.

Closely work with business users, IT business partners, organization global business leaders and IT COEs to evaluate business problem statements, analyze, articulate, and lead end‑to‑end solution build including training using Rapid Response as organization enterprise standard planning application.

Responsibilities
  • Key focus on understanding end‑to‑end Supply Chain Planning business processes, identify potential areas of opportunity for design and process improvements and automation of processes using Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Configure the supply chain planning – Kinaxis Maestro to support business requirements, design different seeded resources such as worksheets, workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and application of various control sets.
  • Build to design and develop technical and functional specifications with Kinaxis Maestro and SAP Planning applications – working on modules such as Supply Planning/MRP, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute‑Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning with required interfaces and data management/migration between source and target applications.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders, including IT, business leaders, external IT, business partners, end users, and team members to produce a business problem statement and lead the solution development while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.
  • Ability to travel as required, up to 25% of the time to project locations during peak periods.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Kinaxis Maestro with functional understanding of supply chain planning, aftermarket planning and SIOP.
  • Implementation experience with two end‑to‑end projects using Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Strong hands‑on experience designing solutions in Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Very good understanding of Supply Chain Planning master data maintenance (e.g., Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, source list, schedule agreements, contracts).
  • Knowledge of integrating Kinaxis Maestro with SAP for both inbound and outbound interfaces.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
