Direct involvement with receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, records management, warehousing, and storage of products;
Interact with suppliers regarding expediting, returns, and invoice/receipt problems;
Provide support for SCM - Logistics; handle high volume incoming requests via phone, mail, and fax;
Research/resolve problem transactions related to Invoices not Received and Received not Invoiced;
Identify trends causing processing delays and collaborate to implement long-term solutions
