Job Description
Hiring reliable Field Operations Associates to support a fast‑paced product research project throughout Phoenix, AZ.
Shift: 5 days per week (will include weekends)
Hours:
8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (must be flexible)
Duration:
Full‑time commitment from April to September.
In this role, you will assist with the coordination and secure transfer of research materials between designated locations and a central office, helping to ensure smooth daily operations.
Strong reliability and full‑time availability are required. The position will be scheduled for 5 days, including weekends.
Use of your personal vehicle is required; mileage and travel will be reimbursed.

Skills and Requirements Prior Experience- Strong interpersonal background (e.g., customer service, retail, operations support, field services, logistics, hospitality, or other client‑facing or operational roles)
- Ability to move between designated locations as needed
- Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required (interview and job duties)
- Willingness to provide coverage or support on short notice when operational needs arise
- Flexibility to support a dynamic schedule across 7 days per week (will be scheduled for 5 full‑time days)
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Human Factors, Psychology, Communications, or similar fields (preferred)
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Comfort supporting operational and research‑related workflows
- Experience with user research/usability studies preferred
