Responsibilities
Supporting the day-to-day administration and operational management of outsourced services and Statement of Work (SOW) engagements. Managing key aspects of the SOW lifecycle including setup, amendments, renewals, milestone tracking, and offboarding activities.
Partnering with managers, procurement teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure scope details, deliverables, timelines, and purchasing requirements are documented accurately.
Supporting supplier onboarding/offboarding activities while ensuring compliance with program controls and operational processes.
Utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as SAP Fieldglass to maintain accurate SOW data, track approvals, and monitor engagement activity.
Monitoring spend, purchase order activity, project timelines, and SOW end dates to proactively identify operational risks or escalation needs.
Reviewing and auditing SOW, supplier, and invoicing data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment to approved terms and milestones.
Supporting operational reporting, inquiry management, documentation maintenance, and day-to-day procurement coordination activities.
Partnering with internal finance teams and suppliers to assist with invoice reconciliation, payment tracking, and issue resolution.
Providing guidance to suppliers and stakeholders on operational processes, purchasing requirements, and program expectations.
Supporting supplier performance tracking, operational improvements, and process standardization initiatives.
Demonstrated experience supporting procurement operations, SOW administration, supplier coordination, or related operational business functions.
Experience working within Vendor Management Systems (VMS), procurement tools, or ERP platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Coupa, Ariba, or similar technologies (preferred).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail across operational systems, reporting, documentation, and financial processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally across suppliers, procurement, finance, and business leaders.
Ability to identify operational issues, apply practical problem‑solving skills, and escalate risks appropriately.
Experience supporting supplier communications, onboarding activities, invoicing workflows, or operational procurement processes (preferred).
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 2–3+ years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing support, SOW administration, contract coordination, or related business operations environments.
Experience with in manufacturing, engineering, technical services, or operational environments is a plus.
The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
$61,575 to $82,100 per year
