Schedule/Start times:
Swings (Start time between 11am-4pm) (Includes Weekends). Starting Pay: $22.00/hr + Lucrative Shift Differentials & Monthly Bonuses.
- Base Pay:
Starting at $22.00/hour. - Shift Differentials:
Earn an extra $0.75 to $1.50 per hour depending on your hours and days worked. - Productivity
Incentives:

- Operating tow trucks safely and efficiently.
- Performing simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue.
- Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock‑outs.
- Building trust, problem‑solving, and being a calming presence for our members on the scene.
- Clear and proficient verbal and written communication even under pressure.
- Common knowledge of vehicle components and the common reasons for vehicle failure.
- Demonstrates problem solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety as well as the ability to discern safety issues and respond appropriately.
- Ability to drive a manual/automatic shift vehicle.
- No prior towing experience required! We provide top‑tier, paid training for the role.
- A customer‑first mindset and a passion for helping people.
- Willingness and flexibility to work the Swing shift, which includes weekends.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (where applicable).
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Work Environment /Physical Requirements
- Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles.
- Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls.
- Works in all weather and all traffic conditions.
- Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.
- Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.
